Ame Bohème is a luxury hillside estate in Paradise Valley, Arizona, designed by SPIRAL ARCHITECTS to harmonize timeless Mediterranean inspiration with the natural beauty of Arizona’s desert landscape. This custom home blends traditional stone and stucco forms, deep loggias, and resort-style outdoor living spaces with the crisp lines and elegant restraint of desert modernism.
Anchored to the north slope of Camelback Mountain, the home’s design celebrates craftsmanship and site sensitivity. Thick stone walls and deeply inset windows provide shade and privacy, while expansive sliding glass walls dissolve indoor–outdoor boundaries. A micro-cement interior palette, layered wood beam ceilings, and hand-troweled plaster niches reinforce a calm, refined atmosphere rooted in material authenticity.
The plan revolves around a dramatic central pool courtyard stepped into the slope, with shaded banco seating and al fresco dining terraces connecting seamlessly to the great room and kitchen. A separate pool house and landscaped lower garden level extend the home’s resort-like experience, while a rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Paradise Valley’s desert horizon.
More than a residence, Ame Bohème is a luxury hillside estate that reflects SPIRAL ARCHITECTS’ dedication to site-specific design, Mediterranean influence, and contemporary Arizona living.
